FCM Travel Solutions was established in June 2004 following a series of strategic acquisitions by Flight Centre Limited. Since its launch, FCM has continued to partner with leading local travel management companies around the world to expand the company’s network to more than 75 countries. FCM is now one of the world’s top five travel management companies with 390 offices worldwide, over 6,000 staff and global turnover of £3bn.
FCM customers are large national and multi-national companies that have a travel spend of £1m - £20m annually, with a focus on air travel. They have large volumes of hotel and rail which is more efficiently managed online. They are looking for a Travel Management Company (TMC) that can offer them value for money, cost savings and travel policy management whilst providing a consistent customer experience. FCM offers all these areas and more by operating in small dedicated teams and running a customer centric model. This means that every customer has a ‘contact team’ that works on delivering exceptional offerings.
