The recruitment process involves five key stages, however the whole process from application to job offer can take as little as three days.
Here’s an overview of the process so you know what to expect:
Once you've found a role that interests you, you will need to
complete an online application form. This form is automatically
submitted to our recruitment team, who will be in touch within
If we're impressed by your application, you'll be invited to a
10-15 minute phone interview with one of our recruiters to
discuss your experience. It's also a chance for us to tell you
more about working in the Flight Centre Group, including
the incentives, benefits and company culture.
Following the phone interview, you'll be sent an online psychometric test to complete at home. There are no right or wrong answers, it simply assesses your verbal and abstract reasoning and your behavioural patterns.
Assessment Day or Face-to-face Interview
The next stage is either attending an assessment day, with role-play, short assessment and face-to-face interview or interview-only, where we can go into your experience, skills and ambitions in a little more depth. We'll also be able to answer any questions you have about the position. You may be interviewed by a member of the recruitment team or by the team leader of your geographical region.
The Job Offer
If you're successful, you'll receive a job offer within 48 hours of the Assessment Day or Face-to-Face Interview and your career with Flight Centre Group begins...
